The Light Plunger-Part Nr. 104-462
Best and Lloyd part number 761. A brass part which sits on top of the Plunger Spring which pushes the brass Light- Plunger against the base of the Regulating Valve screw wheel. Suitable for both the early Best and Lloyd oil pumps with the 24mm diameter tubular oil sight glass and the later Post -1923 version with the 36 mm disc type oil sight glass.
It provides a method of maintaining the Regulating Valve screw wheel in the position it has been manually set to so that the oil drip rate is predictable.
Best and Lloyd style tank/pump gasket with two holes for the affixing screws and two holes for the pipes.
Comprises four gaskets in the kit. The multiple gaskets are so that a preferred total gasket thickness can be achieved.
The oil drip calibration disc (regulator disc) fitted into the recess in the top of the regulating valve screw of both the early style of Best +Lloyd oil pump , with the tubular oil sight glass, and the later type with the 36 mm diameter disc type oil sight glass .
Suitable for such pumps where the original disc was the non-metallic type
The disc is engraved and has an Ivory hue

Oil drip calibration disc with the frequently used pre-1922 number and lines Font.
The oil drip calibration disc (regulator disc) fitted into the recess in top of the regulating valve screw of the Best+Lloyd oil pump with the tubular oil sight glass. Suitable for pumps where the original disc was the non-metallic type. The disc is engraved and has an ivory hue

Fits the more usual standard “1 inch” type of pump with the tube style oil sight glass, which went into production circa 1914,and the later style with the 36mm diameter disc type sight glass that went into production circa 1922/1923

6.5mm long but can be trimmed down to 5 mm long to allow the length to be individually set for correct spring compression within the non-return valve configuration
