Pricing and Descriptions

The prices quoted are correct at the time of going to press but cannot be guaranteed. We therefore reserve the right to change the prices without notice. We have tried to ensure that the descriptions on the web site are correct, and comply with the Trade Descriptions Act. However, should you think that there is any misrepresentation please advise us so the matter can be amended as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item featured without prior notice. Prices include applicable taxes. Prices do not include P&P.

Ordering outside the UK

• Please contact the VMCC Headquarters for prices and delivery times overseas.
• Please note we cannot supply Box helmets, Morris Lubricants, brake blocks, belt drive products, acetylene hose or any spare parts, tyres or rims to the USA and Canada.
• Prices include applicable taxes except items BCW10, and Morris Oil products.
• Payment may be made by cheque, postal order, Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Amex when ordering by post, fax or telephone.
• Please note that, Caricatures, RS Bike Paint Ltd, Jepson Number Plates, Solo Starters, Morris Lubricants, Insurance services and subscription offer must be ordered direct from the companies concerned.
• Cheques should be made payable to VMCC Ltd.

Terms

Payment with order. All orders will be withheld until payment is made in full.

Liability

Save for liability which would be unlawful to exclude, our obligation to refund the purchase price or replace the product shall constitute the full extent of our liability in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the customer whether caused by a breach of contract, negligence or by misrepresentation and we will not be liable for any consequential, economic, direct or indirect loss suffered by the customer whatsoever.

We hold on our computer and record the details you give us, but we respect your privacy and will not pass these on to any third party.
